Experts of National university of Singapore collectively study the members of Singapore and Chinese and took analysis of eating habit of sixty three thousand two hundred and fifty three Chinese. Ninety percent members in them were eating red meat of pig and many other animals while three percent were eating fish or chicken meat which is called white meat.
It has been taken analysis of all volunteers after 15 years of study and many of them who had eaten so much red meat were reached to end stage of renal disease (ESRD) and the danger of ESRD increased forty percent in those who ate irresistibly red meat while this situation has not been seen in them who had eaten pulses, chicken and fish. Beside it multi types of vitamins have been eaten by a group then in them threat of ESRD lessened sixty two percent.
According to experts it can be avoid from lungs diseases if we assume other sources to get proteins in spite of eating goat and cow meat. Experts have given consult to those who eat red meat to increase the use of milk, fish, vegetables and white meat.
