For good health, drinking much water is usually recommended. It is also said that if you drink eight glasses of water through out a day, your health will be better. However it saying of institutes related to health that it remains suitable according to general health point of view that men should drink three liter mean twelve glasses of water and women should drink two point two litter round about nine glasses at daily bases.
Recent research also further proved this that if it should be drink more water than usual then it helps in adjusting the obesity. The results of this research are published in the journal named “Annals of family medicine”. The vague relationship came forward between drinking much water and less obesity in the study has been done before. But Doctor Tommy Chang and his companions of Michigan University clearly observed in their recent study that the people who drink much water less suffer in obesity. In this study detailed analysis has been taken of general health and journals related to health for the given data. However they also cleared that the “suitable quantity of water” is different for different age groups and bulkier. According to Doctor Chang it is important to keep an eye on the urine color to know this. If the color of urine is transparent and resembles to water then it is the strongest possibility that body is gaining adequate quantity of water and if the color of urine is probably dark and less clear than the usual amount of water should be doubled.
